Whether you’re training for a 5K, half marathon, or full marathon, I’ll create a structured, progressive plan that adapts as you go. You’ll receive a clear weekly schedule with workouts tailored to your strengths, weaknesses, and preferences.

If you’re looking for more than just a plan, if you want consistent support, accountability, and personalised advice at every step, Personalised Continuous Coaching is for you.

This service offers an ongoing coaching relationship where I work closely with you to fine-tune every part of your journey. From adapting your training based on how you’re feeling, to discussing sleep, nutrition, mindset, and recovery, this is a true 1:1 partnership.

We’ll start with a deep dive consultation to understand your history, goals, and lifestyle. Then, I’ll build a fully bespoke plan that evolves as you do. Weekly check-ins (via message or call), real-time adjustments, and ongoing feedback help you stay motivated and avoid burnout or injury.
